I recently stayed at Be Mate in a spacious and modern apartment. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the 24/7 security made me feel safe. The huge comfy bed was a dream and the two televisions and living room were a great bonus. I loved the modern design with concrete and wood finishes, and the fast customer service via WhatsApp was convenient. The location was convenient for walking to restaurants and the metro, and the surrounding area felt safe.
Totally recommend this hotel.

It was nice place for travelling to Mexico City, I was glad to stay there. An underground station located close to the venue was an advantage.
I loved the apartment though some things didn't work.

The bed in my room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with high-quality pillows that provided a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of a happy birthday note written on the bathroom mirror. The surrounding area was safe for walking and conveniently located near many nice places.
While the kitchen seemed efficient, it was lacking essential items like paper towels, utensils, and a drying rack. The bar stools in the room were too high for the countertops, which was a bit inconvenient.

The accommodation at Be Mate in Condesa was fantastic for those with physical handicaps. The rooms had modern and comfortable amenities, including a super large and extremely comfy bed. The shared balcony on the top floor offered a great view, and the staff were very helpful and security-conscious. The location was convenient, with easy walking access to restaurants and the metro.
Felt like a relaxing home, no reason to complain.

The internet didn't consistently work and there was construction noise from next door. the gym was also not finished.

Amazing location near a grocery store and university, easy to find for UBERs. Great fitness room, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable rooms with lots of storage. Exceptional staff and friendly security. Metro and rooftop patio nearby. Laundry facilities available. New, clean, and super comfy bed. Noise was minimal and didn't interrupt sleep. Would definitely book again!

The surrounding area was safe for walking and close to plenty of nice places. the room was spacious with a huge bed and comfortable pillows. the TV connected to many streaming apps. Appreciated the personalized note for my birthday.

We recently stayed at Be Mate Condesa Hipodromo for 2 weeks and had a fantastic experience. The Junior Suite was compact but well outfitted, making it perfect for our extended stay. The location was great, with a good grocery store and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked well, and the laundry facilities on-site were a bonus. Additionally, the area was quiet at night, ensuring a peaceful sleep. Be Mate Condesa Hipodromo was perfectly suited to our needs.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
